Refund policy

We hope you will enjoy using our products but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at hello@myexpertmidwife.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund or exchange. The order will need to be returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition it was received in an unopened and unused state and within 14 days of your refund request.

It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us, and we recommend obtaining a proof of postage when returning your items, or using a trackable service such as Royal Mail’s recorded delivery or special delivery.

My Expert Midwife cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned, and will not be able to issue a refund until the items have been returned to My Expert Midwife, Unit 4 Stoneacre, Grimbald Crag Close, Knaresborough, HG5 8PJ.

If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied we will refund the postage costs, otherwise you will be liable for any costs incurred.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or are suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Support Team via email at hello@myexpertmidwife.com including, where possible, a photograph of any damage or fault.
